Hi .. I have purchased metal rack ( pack of 2) 4139 rs on 27 May 2022 . but received only 1 product . So customer service agreed to refund partial amount 2060 rs . But till now amount is not credited ecen after 45 days . The agents are very irresponsible not even transferring call to supervisor . Need solution .
