Text of Complaint by Padmaja Deore:

I’ve ordered 1 kurti set from Nawabii instagram account. They asked for prepaid. I paid rs. 1599 but the delivery guy asked me for the payment as by mistake they’ve mentioned Cash on delivery. The team of Nawabii called me to pay again as COD was written by mistake. She told me to pay for the moment and it will be refunded within 48 hours. It’s been more than a week. They didn’t refund yet. I’m calling them but still not responding properly. Everyone else is telling tomorrow we’ll call you but no one does.
