I ordered dahi phucka of RS.140 from JB’s guwahati
After the delivery guy reached the location i messaged him my number and told him to call me
But instead he cancelled the order stating that i didnt pickup my call when i didnt even recieve any call
When i enquired about it on the app it showed that 140 was deducted as compansation for cancellation
I didnt cancel the order
So what if it was cash on delivery?
How would’ve Zomato charge me?
Please send me the refund Rs. 140
I can loose Rs. 140 just because the lazy arrogant delivery guy couldn’t wait
And cancels my order
