I ordered Iviggo XR phone but wrong phone was delivered. I emailed and contacted customer service for the refund but nnobody is replying . By calling on several number their executive are asking for credit card number for UPI transfer as clearly mentioned on website that executive would not ask for any card details. 6295059152 & 6294683981 these are two numbers which I have called for the refund. Emailed several times on contactgoshoppo@gmail.com no reply from customer support. Online shopping website name https://goshoppo.in/. My order number GS82501. After registering the complaint on consumer complaint court. Right now received a call from
+919873001483 stating that I am calling from consumer complaint court department to initiate your refund for your order. He asked my registered mobile number and name of the bank for the UPI process . Then he texted one message on my registered mobile number by stating this message (abupi ab4037064351) and he told to message the same text in bracket on 9222011112. I did the same after then he told me to open the calculator in my phone and told me to do some calculation by some figures in the calculators and told me to add my UPI pin in the same way I’m calculator. At the same time I interrupted him and told that why you need my UPI I’d. And he disconnected the phone . After that I started receiving the msg from Andra bank, PMBank I, Axis bank & yes bank stating that your UPI has been successfully activated.Now trying the same number but nobody is picking up. Please help me out . This is regarding the same complaint for goshoppo website. Please help me out . My number 8169421688/8976174441. My email pwnknj@gmail.com.
Mr pankaj same thing happend to me, I request you to call one number named RAHUL SHARMA, and his number is +916204866451 he is a FRAUD PERSON he is opening his phone in the morning and PLEASE DONT KEEP AJY BALANCE IN THE BANK and inform your bank to deactivate UPI from your account. And if possible block your card and apply for new card.

I already filed FIR and informing crime branch he is having multiple account and one account number I found that all money is transferring to KOTAK BANK, BANGLORE MAIN BRANCH,

Dear Sir, I have buy through ezeephone Online Krypton K20 on dated 16-06-2020 paid Rs. 4499/- though net banking for mobile shoping. but I have not received Purchase Oder no. I have no Company Email ID. I Called Ezeephones customer care number 8250723359 Company said Your order has cancelled. After not getting any track details I tried to contact with the customer care, and they told your order is cancelled ( without any reason) and we are refund your Amount , and told we are sending an OTP, you please send it back from your registered mobile, and I denied to send the message, then they ask the CVV on debit card. I am denied to giving any card details or any OTP to them. after that they are not attending the call.
I have recieved fake and wrong product by company . So i want refund my cash , total farji company h….

I don’t know kaun help krega ab tum logon ki even meri bhi kyu ki mere sath bhi fraud hua Abhi yesterday but I believe there’s no such a system who help us in India. If you want your money back first you must have to spend half of them with court and in my eyes this is nonsense. My lost was only 1599/- but court saying ki pay 899/- as fee.

And when I asked about tracking id then they talked me nonsense . And also they have deleted my all info from their website .
