I would like to fail complain for refuse to refund me for my flight on 23-03-2020 with Etihad Airways.
Booking ID – GOF………… purchased 28-02-2020 from @Goibibo website.
I canceled my flight with Etihad Airways directly. I was informed by customer service that my cancelation was successful and Etihad Airways refund the amount of Rs 34, 297 to Goibibo account.
This happened in 2020 and here we are in 2022 and I am still not able to recover my refund from Ibibo Group. Since then, Goibibo customer service has forced me to submit additional information and play a cat and mouse game.
