I had stopped my Airtel broadband connection on May 2021 and as per the Airtel plan procedure I should get refunded an amount of Rs 2800 . The company says they refunded the amount through a cheque which I was not able to receive and after mailing them thousands of complaints they are not solving the issue. This issue has been going for almost a year till now
