I had placed a return request of a Wall Mirror which was completely broken and my order was picked up on March 31, 2022. After pick up, I received a msg that the order could not be picked up. Upon calling Amazon and informing the same, several tickets were raised and no action was taken. I was asked to wait for 4-5 days then another 4-5 days and then another. After my 3rd or 4th call, they raised an investigation in the matter where the warehouse refused that they have received the product and therefore cannot refund money. I personally had a meeting with the security guards in my society and took out the details of the amazon executive who had picked up my order on March 31, 2022 and sent the details via email to Amazon. After sending the email I again checked with this supervisor named Srishti who was now handling my case and she promised to give a call back in 24 hrs but she never called back. I again called up Amazon stating that I did not receive a call from your supervisor and I was asked to wait for another 2 days. Also the executive on the call promised to call back in 5 mins and never called back. In the meantime, I took the matter to twitter Amazonhelp where my tweet was not posted on their page and I got a notification that took me to help chat section and a person named Nijo chatted with me for for literally 50 seconds and said this matter has already been investigated and we will not refund the money. I questioned the person that I have already provided you with the proof that your Amazon person has picked up my order what about that. To which he had no answer and repeated this case is complete and ended the chat abruptly. This is April 19, 2022 now and I am stuck.
