1. ITA Airways change cancelled the original flights.
2. Mytrip offered new schedules for the flight. As this new schedules didn’t fit I called to Mytrip to change them and paid 30 euros as the changing fee, they changed to:
Fri, 8 Apr
Departing: Madrid Barajas Airport (MAD) at 15:00
Sun, 10 Apr – Alitalia 58 – 2h 35m
Departing: Rome Leonardo Da Vinci Fiumicino Airport (FCO) at 18:25
3. Mytrip didn’t send the confirmation to ITA Airways, and therefore they didn’t process the change.
4. Mytrip cancell the flights and I was not able to fly.
I want the refund back including 30 euros of the changing fee + 30 euros of the cancellation fee.
