Dear sir , I have order a vivo phone from Flipkart after delever he was not working fine . We have request to to return and refund my refund was approved but from Flipkart side the complaint has been wrongly closed you mentioned that product is mismatch.
Technician visited and told me that there is no issue in my phone please I have nothing done in my phone.
I got a call from nodal officer was telling to me that your return is approve and delivery welcome come and take your product.
Everyone is making me fool
