I have booked 2 tickets and they were been cancelled on 25 th I was been asked to allow 10 working days for refund which I waited for today is the 11 th day and I called them to enquire about my refund they said there is some issue and it will take more 10 working days for us to investigate. Also the customer service rep are rude and unprofessional.
