Hello sir,

I tried to book a flight ticket on 21 February by travolook. It was cancelled from your end due to some reason. But the money was deducted from my account. I contacted your customer care agent and he said that money will come to your account in 2-3 day. Now it’s been more than 20 days and balance is not reflecting in my account.
Today I visited to bank and there manager told me that there is no transaction from your side

Kindly return my money back
I am a student so I really need my money as soon as possible
