I booked my ticket from Travolook.in on 27th Jan and after making payment the booking is got cancelled and they said they will refund my amount i.e.5631 within 3 days, but they did not.
After calling to customer care they said wait for 7-10 days as per policy it will definitely get refunded but again they have not refunded.
Its being more than a month still I have not receive my refund of 5631 rs , they are keeping on telling me to wait whenever i call to customer care.
Please do something about its.
I guess their business model is like that to lure customer with discount then get their money in the sake of cancelled flight booking.
