Text of Complaint by Gavin Bridle:

MyTrip.com canceled my flight over a year ago I have been chasing a refund ever since. they have never replied to a single email. and when I call they always tell me they are waiting for the airline to refund them. This time when I contacted them I asked for a number of there Australia office, and they supplied me with a number that is not in use. I have recorded the phone conversation. This company will not refund the money they own me.
