I have disconnected the broadband service on Oct 13th. The team told me the refund of my balance amount will take 7 to 10 days but it has been more than 60 days now. No one is replying. The refund amount is 4505/- and I still didnt receive the amount. I am calling the airtel team everyday. The agent is transferring the call to a supervisor but I am on hold for 50 mins and 1 hour even then the supervisor is not taking the call so I had to disconnect the call. Now also I am on hold for 45mins while typing this complaint. I am mailed the team so many times but no response on refund. If I stop the agent from putting me on hold then they are scheduling a callback but I never received the call from the supervisor. Please help me with what to do with this. It has been 2 months and the after-service is worst, they are not even giving respect. Literally every day I will be on call or on hold for 2 hrs.. I have sent them emails on Nov 26th, 27th, 29th, Dec 2nd, 3rd, 6th and so on from my email address.. And calling every day… Please help me .
