As I booked my flight in April 5 2020 there was lockdown that particular time and that particular time flights were not operational and airline itself cancelled the flight and I paid rs 4832 and after cancel my amount was transferred to credit shell and I had no clue about this and how to use it and recently I did request for refund because after 1 year they are sending messages to apply for refund this is not proper way and in that Also I have not received my refund yet and it’s been one year I have not received my refund . I would request you my refund 4446
