I had ordered INDIAN TERRAIN Men Checkered Casual Blue Shirt from Flipkart on 29 Oct,2021. whose Order ID – OD123237626407166000 and the price was Rs 697. It was oversized and i didn’t like it so i returned the product on 5th of Nov 2021. Its been reflecting that the refund to my UPI linked bank account was completed on 9th Nov .But my account has not been yet credited with the respective amount . I called the Flipkart Customer service many times. They told me to contact the bank with the reference number. I contacted the bank and they told that no such credit has been made on my account .They even provided me the bank statement of November where there was no credit from 6th to 9th of November which was the refund duration. I am really upset by this thing. Please help me . I want my refund back . Please go through it and check it.
