I am Pankaj Kumar Sinha and I was trying to recharge my sim card using paytm and trasaction is processed by your citi bank payement gateway and money is deducted from my account but the recharge is not done.
So please check query and refund the amount as soon as possible.
I am attaching the screenshot for your reference.
