We have booked tickets on 30th sep 2021 ti and fro from Bangalore to Rajhamundry. Immediately after payment they canceled the ticket and told they will refund it in 7 to 10 working days but it’s more than 2.5months and they didn’t refund it. Whenever I call them they repeat the same words you will get refund in 7 to 10 working days
