Text of Complaint by Ajay Jangid:

I had applied for airtel fiber broadband new connection and while communicating with executive he said that they have there connections near my place so they assured me to give me new connection and accordingly asked me to make the payment so that they can initiate the further process, but later after making the payment the person who came to establish a connection said that they cannot give me the connection as the cable requirement for making the connection has exceeded there maximum limit and won’t be possible to do the same. So I requested them to cancel my order and refund my money back but they are just giving fake assurance that they have initiated the cancellation process and that I will receive a call/message from there end once the process completes and the refund will be credited back to my account within 7 days, but even after calling with the customer 3 times my order has not been cancelled neither have they initiated my refund process. So it is requested to kindly look into this matter at the earliest and do the needful. Further I am attaching the screenshot of payment receipt.
