Text of Complaint by Sharlet Fernandes:

I have been chasing refund of 4 tickets sitting in my credit shell since August 2021. I was promised refund within 21 days of applying for refund. Its close to 2 months now and even after several mails I have not been able to get a single response from Spicejet. I have never seen such level of unprofessional behaviour from any airlines till date. Proof of mails can be provided on request. Please help.
