I purchased Mi tv from flipkart and they sent Jeeves support person for installation who told us about the full protection plan I purchased it for flipcart
After a defect I raised an support complaint and sent an engineer to inspect. Engineer told it can’t be repaired.
Mail from Jeeves:
Reason for Refund : Panel Issue ( Non economical repair case ) and told mount will be refunded after receiving the defective product and asked to share my bank details.
September 28th – I acknowledged and shared bank details on September in a passbook format via email.September28 th – Mail from Jeeves: Bank details received, unit will be picked up within ** hrs and service person will provide acknowledgement and once product received amount I did not received refund after ** days also and regularly called and checked refund status and they said they will look into it. Kind of same reply from customer support person as trained. I spoke to a customer representative who told amount was transferred on and gave me
I sent a mail with my September October bank statement as per their request. Then I received mail stating
They had a complaint tracking page and they closed my complaint and now it is showing record not found.
I even tweeted my issue and asked flipkart and MI support that why you are partnering with a company who cheat customers in the name of extended warranty. MI replied they will report the incident to the concerned team. Only god knows if that happened.
