I was booking the ticket from Ahmedabad to dubai, filled all the pax details however after entering the otp, bank details, i got the error message from spicejet stating transaction failure and my money was deducted from my account.
They said it will be auto credited within 10 working days, but still it is not done, its almost a month now. God knows if I will get my money back.
I went to their office in dubai, their employees told me there is a glitch in their website, but what should I do then, my money you guys have taken.
