I try to purchase through coda payments i lost the money from my bank 2700 Indian rupees i didn’t get the item for the money and i have message several times to coda payments customer care through mail and they responded told 2 to 3 working days they will refund after some days I have to mail again because refund was not credited.Now they are saying sorry for the miscommunication they are still working with the back end team it is going on 1month please help me to solve the issue and get the refund and below I have attached the screenshot one of the mail they told me 2to3 working days they will provide the refund.
