This is from Amazon

I have placed order for 2 quantities of iBELL OS241K Insect Killer Machine / Bug Zapper / Fly Catcher for Home Restaurants, Hotels & Offices – Silver on Monday 26 July 2021 at 2:16 PM (IST) against the Order No: 407-2170646-8660318.

The money which has been debited via the link shared by our delivery associate on 02/08/2021 09:44:54 is settled with us. Since the item is returning to seller, refund has to get processed automatically from our end.

Since there is no such refund initiated automatically, on your intimation we have raised a ticket to our back end team on 13th August.Ticket no : 0581857539

As per the recent update on the ticket (19th August) we see that the transaction details were shared to our back end team asking them to initiate refund. So we were expecting the refund to get processed on or before 30th August. Since the amount is not yet refunded to you, we have reopened the ticket asking the team to look into the case.

We acknowledge that there is delay in getting this refund processed to you and we are unable to find the reason behind this delay.

Since it’s been 33 working days , please take some action money is very important to me.
