I did an air ticket booking with Travolook on 9th June which was cancelled by Travolook saying fare expired. They sent me an automated email saying money will get credited back to the same account in 7-10 days. When I didn’t get my money back I called them on their customer service executive told me to wait for another 7 days. I again called them on 9th August but no signs of my money. I was again told to wait for 10 days. I called them back on 19th August and then they again gave the same story of waiting for 7-10 days. Today is 2nd September and they are not willing to give my money back. Need help.
