I have discontinued my jiofiber Connection on 14th july 2021, and the device had been picked up on 18th july,2021. I was informed that my refund will be credited in 21 working days but i have not recived a single penny since then. When i call them or mail them they say the same thing “sir please wait for more 14 working days”. Clearly in their policy it has been stated that the refunded amount will be credited with 21 working days. Why should I wait anymore further. Even they ask me to make professionalism when its the mistake from their end. I have called them several time but I have neither recived my amout nor the satisfactory answer. They even denied to connect me to their officials. Once I have maile them clearly mentioned the dates but they replyed me with back date refund before my discontinuation of jio fiber.
