Hi,
It was my journey on 14 December 2019 from SXR to AUH but the flight got cancelled due to bad weather. Then I re-issued the same PNR with the new ticket number . After that I cancelleded the PNR because of bad weather again.
Since then I and my travel agent has been following up for refund, but we are only receiving empty pledges from Air India Team. Its been 2 years I sent email, calls but no refund is received.
Highly appreciate your intervention.
