I had booked air tickets by IRCTC-AIR mobile app on 24-04-2021. Flight was scheduled on 27-05-2021 from Patna to Kathmandu (Nepal) via New Delhi. But in May flights were banned due to lockdown. I had to cancell the tickets . I cancelled the tickets on 24-05-2021 ( 3 day before the schedule flight).
It is now 3 months I did not received the refund. I call every week IRCTC-AIR customer care and AIR – INDIA customer care.
But IRCTC-AIR customer care says that refund delay is from AIR INDIA side. And when I call AIR INDIA , they say that refund will be made in 1 week, 2 week, 24 days. But actually refund is not made yet. Please help me.
