I cancelled a booking when on that particular day, it wasn’t possible for the delivery agent to deliver it and full refund was agreed upon immediately. 20 days later, I havent received it, followed up about 10 times through app, email, and Facebook but they would refuse to get on the call saying customer care is only for active bookings, asking for my statement and different specific details on the statement in different asks- which the bank is not even authorized to share. They intend to not process the refund at all.
