My reference id-REF467914135. I have booked a ticket on 26 may from Delhi to Patna for 29th may. On the same time after booking i received a call from Travolook that flight is cancelled will initiate amount. Generally it should charges back because the whole process from booking and cancellation just for 5 minutes. But very unfortunate, till now I did not get any kind of refund. I am tried to pursuit them by emails or calls but every time no proper response. Please look into this matter and aid me from this which I am facing right now.
