Sir/medam from Amazon i have ordered Samsung m31s mobile. I have paid on delivery by debit card via message link on 5th August, 2021. The amount was deducted from my account but not credited in their account so delivery agent denied to give my parcel. Afterthat customer care team has told me that i have to wait for 24 hours to get my refund. Till now 48 hours up no positive response by them..they are playing..so i have neither my parcel nor my money.
