Hello, My name is Jay Prakash Mishra. I have booked a ticket from Ahmedabad to Lucknow on 28 October 2021, the amount has been debited from my account and later after half an hour I got a call from Travelook saying that your ticket has been canceled due to technical reason your money will be refunded in 10-15 days. it’s been now 15 days and calling them more than 10 times they are not responding properly, they are just dragging these days.
