On 20th April 2021, I booked an airline ticket (SpiceJet) from the website ‘www.travolook.in’ and after the payment a page opened which showed to wait until the conformation of booking , so I did, afterwards I received a call from the customer services of this website who told me that my booking had been cancelled and I will receive my refund amount within 7-15 days, but it’s been more than month now I haven’t got my refund. I email to them twice and every time I got the same reply that the refund has been initiated from their side but still I haven’t got any, I also tried to call on their customer service numbers but they didn’t picked the call.
Also I hadn’t received any kind of SMS or email regarding to booking or cancellation from the airlines, just the email from this website.
