Hi Sir/Madam,
Dated 3rd March, 2021 I have tried to book my air ticket through travel look (travelook.in) ref #REF482439459 and booking immediately it was cancelled due to an operational reason on indigo flight.
I have contacted travel look support number and over email and they said wait for 10-15 work day after that time again asked to wait 7-10 day but there are not refunding the amount back neither helping . Almost 3 months past but result is same. Please help me to get the refund from travel look or suggest any other legal process to start.
