I booked a ticket from travolook after sometime they informed me that my ticket got cancelled due to some issue with airline by the time my payment got debited from my account and the particular site agent called me and told they will initiate refund and all and after that only I got to know it’s a fraud site

My name is susanta kumar satapathy, i have booked air ticket on march 19 2021. after some second the travolook customer care personel called and asked me that ticket has been cancled and the same amout will be refunded to my same souorce of transaction. till now after lots of calls and mail still they have not refunded my money. be ware of this site .
they are just making fool by sharing informetion that Rs 700/- benifit and holding large manout of money.
