I have purchased one short fro shop clues and payment was made Rs.369/-through internet banking via ibibo Pvt ltd. I returned the purchase item and company say your refund has been initiated but your account detail is not correct. How it is possible when payment was made through net banking. I think it is a fraud company saying send another bank details. Please do something.
