We have booked a car from zoomcar dated 14th jan 2021 – 17th jan 2021
because of some issues we couldn’t travel and we have cancelled our booking on 5th of jan 2021
according to zoomcar terms n conditions amount should be returned to original payment mode within 30 days but its been more than 45 days now and bo response from zoomcar customer case
i would like to take strict action against zoomcar
