I have paid to Airtel by online through Airtel representative for new broadband connection. After payment our area Airtel technical manager informed that Airtel service is not available in our area and suggested to claim refund the entire amount including Rs. 200 which was paid by cash.
I raised a complaint with Complaint No.84764259.
But still I have not received any amount.
