I booked flight ticket from Flip kart travel But it’s cancelled by the airline due to COVID restrictions. I contacted SpiceJet airlines and they confirmed that they had already given the refunded amount to the travel agent(Flipkart). But Flipkart not refunded the money which is already refunded by the airline to them . I contact Flipkart customer care but they have no answer and they are now refusing to refund my money by telling several stories. I already frustrated with the service of Flipkart. Whenever I email them to refund my amount they start to tell different procedures by different customer executives. they only said that wait for 2 days but I wait through 25 Dec 2020 I cannot receive a call or SMS from them. my .booking id is FF2010169329638.
