Hello,
i booked zoomcar for december 13th 2020 and they asked to deposite some extra money in advance and i paid them deposite but after the completion of ride they asked for 1 month to initiate my refund and their policies said the same but I didn’t receive any refund till date, it is more than one month, they are doing fraud on the name of deposite money, kindly help for the same asap.
