We would like to inform you that, we have booked a Nagapur to Pune (Indigo 6E – 915) flight Travel date 02.12.2020 with booking reference number : REF573991490 from your site on 26.11.2020, but the ticket got cancelled from your side on same date, till date we have not received refund from your end. We have tried your customer care number many times but it was continuously busy & automatically disconnected.
If we have not received refund from your end within 2 days then we will raise the complaint against Travelook.
