- Hi.. My concern is I was ordered a mobile phone on Amazon
- It was received on August 11 with something issue
- Requested for replacement. They are given me the info as no mobile to replace we will refund your amount.
- So I have given the information if u refund the amount please refund amount to my bank account not to my Amazon pay.. They confirmed and we will refund the amount to your bank account only but not refunded
- They refunded to my Amazon pay and we cannot refund your amount to bank
