- I order an item on the date of 23/07/2020 for an amount of 23000rs and after that, I found an item on half of the price in market.So I cancelled the item from amazon on 24/07/2020 and I called customer care. They told me within 2 working days the cash will be refund.Today the fourth day and I called for topup and now they again telling 3 to 4 business day again.
In this case we can see that the item still not dispatched from the seller..because I cancelled on the very next day.
Now they again and again telling excuses to refund the cash and delaying the refund.
