Text of Complaint by Marina Chakma:

I took Airtel’s service on 12th June 2024 and paid ₹2828.46, but the service has been terrible. This is the fourth time my internet has stopped working, and it has been down for over four days now. Despite multiple calls to customer care, no technician has come to fix the problem. I am extremely dissatisfied with the lack of response and poor service. I rely on the internet for my studies and work, and this disruption has caused significant inconvenience. I am requesting a refund, but Airtel is refusing, saying that it can’t be refunded. This is unacceptable, especially since I have not been able to use the service for four days, and no one has come to resolve the issue despite my repeated attempts to get help.
