Text of Complaint by waseem md:

i am a existing customer of jio fiber netwrok. i have uprgaded from jio fiber to jio air fiber from my jio app and paid 1000 rupees as security deposit. jio service person has come to visit he had not updated jio air fiber he just got a new jio fiber as installation he didnt tell us and got paid balance amount of rupees:6,072 has charged for new membership plan. We did cancel to jio fiber and once again we raised a request for jio air fiber.
as we have paid as security amount:1000
and 3 months plan: 6072
we have raised a request for refund at the sametime with your service engineer and troll feee number and via app it has been 20 days i didnt recieve my refund. i request you to kindly give compensation for this behaviour.
