Jio fiber connection issues. I disconnected a connection an year ago. That connection is supposed to be closed by now because I returned the router to fibre personnel.i didn’t get any refund for the router.
Somehow now it got linked with my new connection and when I did recharge with Rs. 5649/-, that old account activated. Now they say that I will not get any refund and to continue with the new connection I have to recharge again. The old is not closed by jio, that is not my fault. I should get my money back.
