I had booked a connection on 31 st march 2020, also the executive said to make online payemnt as covid situation only online transaction done. he also said the next day the installation will be done. after payment waited 4 days no response found. later called up at given number. the lady executive spoke harshly took higher authority on line and also we cancelled the order sue to harsh behaviour. the person said refunded within 14 days. today its 2 months and 14 days. no proper response. no one is picking call. they blocked our number also. kindly help. also the videocon d2h customer people and nodal officer are also not helping
