my name is pankaj sharma and I am the owner of firm “Himalayan Organiceps research lab”. I bought a refrigerator 185 liter from voltas beko company and it stopped working in 11 months. I made a complaint on June 18th, 2022, and the next day a technician came. he told us that its gas is leaking due to the faulty COMPRESSOR and assured us to send someone in next two days. Since then, I am calling customer care on daily basis but there is no response at all. every time I call them they ask me to wait for two days and provide me a local service center number for a quick solution. but that number remains switched off most of the time. its been 19 days since my complaint and there is not a single call from the technical team or company. The refrigerator is for use in summers, what would I do of this garbage can in winters.
