I have ordered a refrigerator on 7th October 2021 and received a non working product on 12th October 2021 and as the order placed was having exchanged offer I had gave my working refrigerator at time of product delivery on 13th October 2021 installation person came and submitted the report that product is in non working status so from 13th October 2021 till date we are requesting flipkart team to update the issue in their system which is wrongly mentioned by their team members and we are getting no support and response from any of their executives and authorities
