My order number is TC794442014720 and had ordered a refrigerator from croma on 26th april whcih was showing delivery on 29th april but still now it is showing only out for delivery and i do not have any update over it, even had worst experience with the customer care as each and every time i call they tell me that they have raised a complaint and takes 48 hours to get a reply, the same thing has been told to me again after reaching them post 48 hours that they have escalated the complaint and again it takes 48 hours for me to get reply.
I have even requested to cancel my order and refund the amount, even that has not been addressed and also we need to wait half an hour to get the call connected to customer care but also no proper responce from them and also rude behaviour, even i have the phone recording of the executives the way they behave.
Request you to kindly solve my problem and help in getting back my amount
